At Delirium, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.


1. Order Processing Times

Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Standard Orders
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Custom and Made-to-Order Items
• Custom and made-to-order items require additional production time
• Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page
• You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays with your custom order

Pre-Orders
• Items marked as “Pre-Order” may take 4–6 weeks to ship from the date of purchase
• Pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary — we will communicate updates as they become available
• Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase

Processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays. Shipping/transit time begins after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.


2. Shipping Methods and Rates

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:
• Standard Shipping — estimated 5–8 business days after processing
• Expedited Shipping — estimated 2–3 business days after processing
• Priority Shipping — estimated 3–4 business days after processing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the total weight of your order. Flat-rate options may be available depending on your order.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via DHL as our primary carrier. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.

• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
• Delivery estimates for international orders are 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country — these are not included in our shipping rates and are not refundable
• Delirium is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to fulfill your orders:

• Domestic (U.S.) orders: USPS, UPS, and FedEx
• International orders: DHL

Carrier selection is based on your location, shipping method, and order size. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Delirium is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or damages that occur during transit. Please contact the carrier directly for transit-related issues.


4. Order Tracking

• A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order ships
• Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email
• If you have not received a shipping confirmation within your expected processing window, please contact us at deliriumphl@gmail.com


5. Customer Responsibility — Shipping Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check the following before completing your order:

• Recipient’s full name
• Street address and apartment/suite/unit number (if applicable)
• City, state, and ZIP/postal code
• Country (for international orders)

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and results in delivery complications, the following costs will be the customer's responsibility:

• Return shipping fees — if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address
• Re-shipment fees — to resend your order to the corrected address
• Carrier address correction fees — if the carrier charges us to correct the address in transit

Delirium is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by address errors provided at checkout.

Address Changes After Order Placement
If you realize you entered an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at deliriumphl@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee an address change and additional fees may apply.


6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at deliriumphl@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before an order has been processed and shipped.

• Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled or modified
• Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Pre-orders may be cancelled before the item ships — contact us to request a cancellation


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Delirium is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

• Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf
• Check all entry points of your home or building
• Contact the carrier directly to file a claim — they have investigation processes for missing packages
• If the carrier confirms the package was lost during transit (not after delivery), contact us at deliriumphl@gmail.comand we will work with you to resolve the issue

8. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We offer exchanges on eligible unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are only accepted on defective or damaged items. Please refer to our full Return & Exchange Policy at www.deliriumphl.com for complete details.
